What your sponsorship unlocks
Everything that helps someone get hired faster
Premium turns SPAAN NOW from a job board into a job-search team that works while they sleep.
A CV that gets read
Professional CVs and cover letters written for each job — no design skills needed.
Interview practice
Practise real questions with Thandi, our AI interviewer, and get honest feedback.
First to know
WhatsApp and email alerts for new matches, closing dates and replies from employers.
Academy and scenarios
Lessons, assessments and workplace scenarios that build real skills and certificates.
A job seeker passport
One link that shows employers their skills, learning and work history.
Why it costs anything at all
Free to look. Premium to run.
Behind every job on SPAAN NOW is a real team: people who find and check job adverts from hundreds of sources every day, people who build lessons, workplace scenarios and skills programmes, and AI that reads every advert and writes every application.
Premium pays for that work. Your sponsorship lets someone use it who otherwise couldn't — and keeps the platform running for everyone.
- Thousands of jobs sourced and checked by people, every week
- New lessons, scenarios and training added every month
- No advertisers paying to push their jobs in front of anyone

From the people you help
What a month of Premium can do
Shared with permission. We never tell sponsors who received their gift.
Our promise
Fair, private and accounted for
Fair draw
Awarded at random to active free members. People who were sponsored recently go to the back of the queue, so more people get a turn.
Private by design
Sponsors never see who received their gift, and recipients never have to ask or prove anything.
Every month tracked
Each payment becomes Premium credits. We track what's paid, waiting and awarded, so nothing is lost or given twice.
Safe payment
Payments run through PayFast. We never see or store your card details.
Questions
Good to know
Still unsure? hello@spaannow.co.za
Who receives my sponsorship?
An active SPAAN NOW member on the free plan, picked at random. If you chose a province, the draw only includes people in that province. People sponsored recently are skipped so more people get a chance.
Will I know who I helped?
No — to protect their privacy. You'll get an email when your sponsorship has been awarded, and the province it went to.
Is this a subscription?
No. It's a once-off payment. Nothing renews and your card isn't stored.
What if not everyone is awarded straight away?
Sponsorships are awarded in order as they come in, usually within a few days. Until then they wait safely as credits.
Can my company get an invoice and a report?
Yes. Choose "An organisation" in the form. You'll get a tax invoice and an impact report with numbers only — never personal details of the people helped.
Can I get a refund?
If your sponsorship hasn't been awarded yet, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund it. Once it's awarded, someone is already using it.
