We are a mission-driven team with limited funds, and building AI technology is not cheap. Instead of putting our tools behind a paywall, we keep the platform going through a few optional commercial activities, so the core stays free for everyone.

Our long term goal is to build a safer, cheaper setup powered by local computing, so we rely less on expensive third party services. As our infrastructure gets more efficient, our costs go down, and we can make more of our services free, unlimited, and available to every South African. The money we make today is what makes that future possible.
