Success Guide
This learnership is a solid entry point into HR and training administration, especially if you have just finished your HR or L&D qualification. When you apply, make sure your CV clearly shows your matric and completed qualification, and highlight any admin or computer work you have done, even if it was at school, in a volunteer role, or in a previous job.
The role is based in Century City and is fully office based, so you will need to be able to travel there daily. Since the team is small and the environment is a busy motor retail group, show that you are organised, reliable, and comfortable juggling several tasks at once. A short cover letter that explains why you want to learn and how you keep track of details can go a long way.
Remember, you must not have been on a YES programme before to qualify. If you have not heard back within two weeks, move on to the next opportunity and keep going.
