Success Guide

If you are applying for this Workshop Manager role, your CV should show more than just technical knowledge. Highlight any experience you have leading a team, even if it was small, and give examples of how you kept a workshop organised or solved a tricky problem on the floor.

When you prepare for an interview, think about real situations where you had to manage deadlines, deal with difficult staff or keep safety standards high. The company will want to see that you can handle both the people and the paperwork. Also make sure your Job Mail profile is complete before you hit apply.
