Success Guide

Hi there! This Workshop Manager role is perfect if you love getting your hands dirty and leading a team. Hoedspruit is a farming town, so expect questions about how you handle breakdowns during harvest season. In your interview, be ready to talk about a time you fixed a major machine problem fast. Bring your trade test certificate and matric certificate. They will want to see you know diesel engines and hydraulics well. Also show you can manage a budget and stock because workshops lose money without control. The salary is good for the area, so polish your CV and highlight your years managing a workshop. Good luck!
