Success Guide
This role is a good match for a hands on artisan who enjoys both the technical and coordination sides of workshop life. If you have a Fitter or Millwright trade test and some experience with SYSPRO, make sure your CV clearly shows where you have used it and how you managed stores or ordered parts. The ad asks for a Trade Tested Artisan and experience with calibrations and legal inspections, so mention any specific equipment you have worked with and any food safety or QA exposure you have. When you apply, have your trade test certificate and matric certificate ready to upload. Because it is a coordinator role, highlight any times you supervised or supported a team, even informally. Interviews will likely include questions about stock control, supplier ordering and how you keep records accurate. Be ready to give practical examples of how you reduced waste or improved a process. The salary is negotiable plus benefits, so be prepared to discuss your package expectations. Good luck with your application.
