About the role
This permanent Workshop Admin Clerk role supports the daily administration of a busy commercial vehicle workshop in Camperdown. You will be the go-to person for keeping job cards up to date, processing purchase orders and making sure every system record is accurate.
What you will be doing:
- Handle and maintain workshop job cards from start to finish.
- Keep Monday.com, VTS and Klari-T updated with accurate information.
- Create purchase orders and process GRVs correctly.
- Administer internal workshop processes and maintain filing systems.
- Follow health and safety procedures in the workshop environment.

Requirements
- Grade 12 is required.
- A tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
