Make sure your CV clearly shows your trade qualification and any supervisory experience. Highlight examples where you have diagnosed and repaired machinery breakdowns or prevented downtime through maintenance planning. Because the role is near Brits, you will need your own transport and a valid driver's licence, so mention that early in your application.
During the interview, be ready to talk about how you handle urgent breakdowns and how you keep safety standards high. They are looking for someone hands-on, so bring practical examples of problems you have solved. Good luck!
