About the role
Southern Oil (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Weighbridge Administrator to join their team in Swellendam. In this role, you will be responsible for all weighbridge related administration and controls, ensuring smooth traffic flow and accurate documentation for loading and offloading vehicles.
You will play a key part in maintaining security and safety measures at the weighbridge, while also participating in safety forums and following all health and safety policies.

Responsibilities
- Access and exit control of loading/offloading product
- Documentation control for loading/offloading product
- Manage the traffic flow of loading/offloading vehicles
- Administration of validations, checks and security measures connected to the weighbridge
- Administrative checking and processing of ad hoc tasks
- Participate in safety forums created by Soill (e.g. safety meetings and safety talks)
- Follow up on any activities assigned through safety meetings, committees, representatives, or management
- Report all safety incidents to the relevant people
- Attend safety education and refresher programmes
- Comply with safety policies and procedures at Soill
- Distribute safety information as and when required
- Wear protective clothing (where applicable) at all times
