Success Guide
If you are applying for this Web Designer role at Flight Centre Travel Group, your portfolio is going to do most of the talking. Make sure it clearly shows websites or landing pages you have designed from start to finish, and if you have examples where your design work improved conversion or engagement, highlight those. They want someone who can blend creative flair with data, so it helps to mention any experience you have with A/B testing, analytics tools like GA4, or design systems you have helped build. The role is based in Johannesburg and works closely with developers, so be ready to talk about how you hand over designs and keep quality in check during implementation. During interviews, expect questions about your process, how you use user data to guide decisions, and how you keep brand consistency across different digital touchpoints.
