Success Guide

This role is a great fit if you have a few years of experience in a factory or warehouse setting and want to move into a leadership path. Make sure your CV highlights any hands on work with inventory systems, process improvement projects, and your ability to work with production teams. Since the company uses SYSPRO, mention any ERP systems you have used and how quickly you learn new software. During the interview, be ready to talk about a time you solved a material flow problem or improved a process. Show that you are comfortable on the factory floor and that you have the potential to grow into a bigger manufacturing role. Good luck!
