Barenbrug South Africa Seeds is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to run the day to day operations at their Pyramid depot in Pretoria. About the role
Barenbrug South Africa Seeds is hiring a Warehouse Manager to join their team at the Pyramid depot in Pretoria. In this role you will be the person keeping the warehouse running smoothly and making sure stock is accurate and well looked after.
What you will be doing:
- Overseeing stock control and inventory accuracy
- Receiving, inspecting and verifying incoming and outgoing stock
- Picking, loading and checking orders
- Running monthly stock counts and reconciliations
- Maintaining quality control and warehouse housekeeping standards
- Assisting walk in customers with professional service
- Providing administrative support and helping with related operational tasks

Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant warehouse or stock control experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Sage Pastel Accounting would be advantageous
- A certificate or qualification in Warehouse Management, Logistics or Stock Control would be advantageous
- Willingness and flexibility to work additional hours when required
