About the role
This is a hands on management role for someone who knows the vegetable packing environment well. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily running of the packhouse, making sure produce is packed efficiently, safely and to the required quality standards. The company is an established agricultural operation in Limpopo and they need a manager who can keep the pack line moving and lead the team on the floor.
Day to day you can expect to coordinate packing schedules, monitor equipment and pack line performance, manage packhouse staff, and ensure that health and safety and quality protocols are followed. You will also work closely with suppliers and buyers to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Packhouse Manager in the vegetable industry
- Grade 12 is required
- Relevant tertiary education is required
- Proficient in packhouse equipment and pack line skills (essential)
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (essential)
- Valid driver's license required
- Contactable references and payslips required
