Success Guide
Applying for a Universal Advisor role at FNB is a great step into banking, but it helps to show you understand both sales and service. In your CV, highlight any times you worked directly with customers, handled queries, or met targets. Mention if you have used any banking systems or digital platforms. If you have a certificate in banking or customer service, make sure it is easy to see. For the interview, be ready to talk about how you would handle a difficult customer or explain a product simply. Also show that you know what FAIS and FICA mean, even at a basic level. FNB values ethical behaviour, so give examples of when you did the right thing for a customer. Apply before 10 November 2026 on their careers site and keep your documents ready.
