About the role
As the Manager of Underwriting Operations, you will oversee a team of junior and senior underwriters, ensuring that service level agreements are met and quality standards are continuously improved. Success Guide
If you are applying for this Underwriting Operations Manager role, make sure your CV clearly shows your experience in medical and financial underwriting, as well as any leadership or team management roles. Highlight specific examples of how you have improved operational efficiency or managed SLAs. Since the role involves working with actuaries and reinsurance, mention any relevant projects or knowledge in those areas. The company is a recruitment services firm, so you might want to show that you can adapt to different business contexts.
