About the role
As a Trainer at The Foschini Group, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programmes to employees. You will work closely with different teams to identify training needs and ensure that staff have the skills they need to perform their roles effectively.
Your day to day tasks may include preparing training materials, facilitating workshops, assessing trainee progress and keeping records of training activities. You will also help new employees settle into their roles through onboarding sessions.
This is a full time position based in Midrand, Johannesburg. You will be part of a dynamic retail environment where learning and development is valued.
Requirements
- Experience in training, facilitation or a similar role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and motivate learners
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Knowledge of retail operations would be an advantage
- Matric or equivalent qualification
