Success Guide
This is a great stepping stone if you already have a year or two of retail experience and want to move into store management. Dis-Chem is a big, well known brand, so showing that you understand their focus on health, wellness and customer service will help your application stand out. Make sure your CV clearly shows your stock management, cash handling and customer service experience. Since this role involves working retail hours and travelling between stores, mention that you have your own transport and a valid drivers license. A diploma in finance or admin is a bonus but not a deal breaker. When preparing for an interview, think about examples of how you have handled shrinkage, solved a customer complaint or helped a team meet a sales target. Show that you are eager to learn and ready to take on responsibility. Good luck!
