Success Guide
This role is all about keeping trailers safe and road ready, so your practical experience matters more than fancy words on paper. When you apply, make sure your CV clearly shows your 3+ years working on trailers or heavy vehicles and your welding experience. Mention your valid driver's licence early because they will not consider anyone without one.
In an interview, expect questions about how you handle breakdowns, how you prioritise jobs when things get busy, and how you make sure your work meets quality standards. Be ready to talk about a time you solved a tricky technical problem. Since the depot is in Komatipoort, be clear about where you live or that you are willing to relocate. A short, honest CV that focuses on your hands on skills will stand out more than a long one. Good luck!
