Success Guide

This is a senior theatre nursing role, so your application should make your specialist theatre qualification and SANC registration stand out clearly. Highlight any leadership experience you have, even if it was informal, such as coordinating shifts, mentoring junior nurses or managing stock. Life Eugene Marais is a private hospital, so showing that you understand private healthcare and patient satisfaction will work in your favour. Prepare for interview questions about clinical audits, risk management and how you handle conflict in a theatre team. Make sure your driver's licence is current and mention your willingness to travel. Download the application form and email it before 18 November 2026, and if you are an internal applicant, chat to your line manager first.
