As Theatre Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating improved quality nursing care by ensuring compliance to professional and ethical practice. You will monitor and ensure that nursing care and service delivery is implemented and practiced within a multi disciplinary quality assurance team.
You will be accountable for coordinating capacity building, mentoring and training within the theatre unit. Your role is central to maintaining high standards of patient care and supporting your team to deliver excellent service.
