Success Guide

Hi there. This one is for a Technology Project Manager with real delivery mileage behind them, so your CV needs to show projects you actually ran, not just tasks you were part of. Pick two or three technology or digital transformation projects and spell out your role, the budget, the team, the timeline and the result. Recruiters in this space look for evidence that you can juggle several projects at once while keeping vendors, developers and business heads aligned.

If you have PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM or Scrum certification, put it near the top. Same with hands on Microsoft 365, Power Platform or Power BI experience, since those tools come up in the listing. Before you apply, brush up on how you would handle a project that is slipping on budget and how you would manage a vendor who is not delivering. Those questions come up often for roles like this. Good luck, the Durban market rewards project managers who can prove they deliver.
