About the role
This is a senior leadership role where you will be responsible for the operational success of two strategic enterprise accounts. - Client and service management: Own the operational relationship with enterprise clients, conduct monthly service reviews, manage incidents, and liaise with third-party data vendors.
- Team leadership and operations: Manage and support Data Engineers, oversee release management, protect the team from scope creep, and ensure knowledge documentation.
- Technical translation: Understand data pipelines and market data workflows to facilitate high-level technical discussions and know when to involve Business Analysts or Architects.
You will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with client stakeholders.
