About the role
As a Supply Chain Analyst II at Capitec, you will support the Cash, Supply Chain and Properties (CSP) department by applying analytical and process management techniques to identify areas for improvement, enhance efficiency, and support effective operations. You will build and continuously improve integrated supply chain planning capabilities, using data driven problem solving and continuous improvement to maximise availability, improve efficiency and optimise cost to serve.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related environment such as supply chain, cash management, infrastructure projects, or maintenance (FMCG, Manufacturing)
- Proven data, systems and process analysis experience
- Proven experience in delivering results and enhancing processes through process analysis and problem solving
- Previous experience in resource planning and scheduling (ideal)
- Data visualisation tools and technologies experience (ideal)
- Knowledge of Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning and S&OP process (ideal)
- Team management experience (ideal)
- Advanced Office skills (ideal)
- Minimum qualification: Grade 12 National Certificate or Vocational, plus a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (General) or Supply Chain Management
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (preferred)
- Knowledge of supply chain management, continuous improvement techniques and methodologies, process management techniques, data and analytics, planning and forecasting processes and technologies, and basic project management principles
- Skills: analytical, change management, communication, computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook), numerical reasoning, planning, organising and coordination, problem solving
- Clear criminal and credit record
