Success Guide
You are looking at a real leadership role at SPAR in Paulpietersburg. This is not an entry level job, so if you have managed a store or a department before, you are in the right place. When you apply, make sure your CV clearly shows how many staff you have managed, what your shrink targets were, and how you improved sales in your previous store. SPAR values people who can handle pressure and work irregular hours, so mention that you are flexible. Also, do not forget to attach your Matric certificate and driver's license. In an interview, be ready to talk about a time you turned around a struggling department or reduced stock loss. The company is one of the biggest retail groups in South Africa, so showing that you understand their brand and community focus will help you stand out. Good luck.
