Success Guide
If you are building a career in QA automation, this Absa role gives you solid exposure to agile squads and real banking systems. Tailor your CV to highlight hands on work with test automation tools, any SQL you have written, and testing types like regression and integration. Be ready to talk through a test plan you created or a bug you caught through automation. Also brush up on Scrum and DevOps basics since the role leans heavily on teamwork and continuous delivery. The bank says they may give preference to candidates from designated groups, so if that applies to you, mention it in your application. Apply online through Absa's careers portal rather than via the jobs site, and double check your profile is complete before you hit submit.
