Overview
Network Contracting Solutions is building a pipeline of Solutions Architects for high impact digital transformation projects in fintech, telecoms, consulting and enterprise IT. Based in Johannesburg North, this fixed term role pays R45 000 to R70 000 per month. If you have 7 to 12 years of experience and love designing cloud and on premises architecture, this is your chance to shape enterprise systems on major projects.
About the role
We are looking for Solutions Architects to join a pipeline for upcoming enterprise transformation initiatives. You will work with leading organisations across fintech, consulting, telecoms and enterprise IT that are investing in digital transformation, cloud adoption and scalable architecture design.
What you will do:
- Design end to end architecture solutions across cloud and on premises environments
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions that work in the real world
- Provide guidance on system integration and scalability
- Drive cloud adoption strategies and modernisation initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps and business stakeholders to bring designs to life

Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 7 to 12+ years in software engineering, infrastructure or architecture roles
- Proven experience as a Solutions or Enterprise Architect
- Strong background in cloud transformation projects
- Experience working across multiple domains such as applications, infrastructure and data
- Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure or GCP architectures
- Strong understanding of microservices, APIs and system integration
- Experience with architecture frameworks, TOGAF advantageous
- Ability to design secure, scalable and high performance systems
