TFG is hiring a Social Media Coordinator for their Tapestry brand at the Sandton head office. About the role
As Social Media Coordinator for Tapestry at TFG, you will be part of the marketing team based at the Sandton head office. You will help manage the brand's social media presence and keep it active, on brand and engaging for customers.
Your day to day work will likely include planning and scheduling posts, writing captions, sourcing and briefing content, engaging with followers in the comments and DMs, and keeping an eye on what competitors and trending topics are doing. You will also track how posts perform and feed those insights back to the team so campaigns can be improved.
You will work closely with designers, photographers, marketers and external agencies to bring campaigns to life across platforms. This is a hands on role where creativity and organisation matter equally.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in marketing, communications, media or a related field
- Experience managing social media accounts, ideally for a brand or business
- Strong written communication skills and a good eye for visual content
- Understanding of major platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X
- Ability to plan content calendars and work to deadlines
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
- Passion for fashion, retail and online culture
