Success Guide
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping businesses stay compliant while also developing their people. If you have a background in HR or skills development, make sure your CV clearly shows any experience you have with WSP, ATR, EEA2 or EEA4 submissions, even if it was part of a broader role. Labournet values client relationships, so highlight any customer facing experience you have. Since you will travel to clients, having your own vehicle and a valid license is non negotiable, so mention that upfront. In an interview, be ready to talk about how you would handle a client who is confused about their Employment Equity obligations. Show that you are organised, detail oriented, and comfortable working with legislation. Good luck!
