Success Guide
If you have spent a few years working with silos or grain, this role is a solid step up into a management position. Make sure your CV clearly shows your grain grading and fumigation certificates, and mention any staff you have supervised. Because the job is in a small Eastern Cape town, it helps to explain in your application that you are comfortable with that kind of move. During the interview, be ready to talk about food safety practices and how you handle quality control under pressure. Highlight your ability to work in both English and Afrikaans, as that will be important on site.
