INUKA, a proudly South African direct selling business, is looking for a Shona speaking Sales Coach to join their Member Relations team in Tyger Valley, Bellville. You will coach and mentor Members to build successful businesses, using your sales or network marketing experience to help others grow. This permanent, full time office based role suits someone who loves seeing others succeed.
About the role
As a Sales Coach, you will be the first point of contact for Shona speaking Members, guiding them through their INUKA business journey from start up to leadership level. You will run one on one coaching sessions, help Members set goals and increase sales, and explain how they earn rewards and bonuses.
You will also handle queries about products, business processes, and promotions, resolve complaints, and act as the link between Members and internal teams. Record keeping on the INUKA online system is part of the daily work, along with sharing insights to improve processes.

Requirements
- Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate) or equivalent
- Fluent in Shona and English with the ability to coach and resolve queries in both languages
- 2 to 3 years experience in network marketing, sales, business development, customer service, or coaching and mentoring entrepreneurs
- Intermediate computer literacy in MS Office, email and online systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a goal oriented, service driven attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is advantageous
- Direct selling or network marketing experience is advantageous
- Coaching or mentoring background is advantageous
- Experience explaining commission, bonus or incentive structures is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Run one on one coaching sessions to help Members set goals, overcome challenges, and increase sales
- Onboard new Members and help them kick start their INUKA business
- Explain how Members earn rewards, PVs and bonuses and help them meet requirements to grow their income
- Support Members in reaching targets and progressing to the next leadership level
- Motivate and encourage Members through setbacks, adapting your style to different personalities
- Respond to Member queries about products, business processes, and promotions
- Resolve problems and complaints, acting as the link between Members and internal teams
- Investigate and help with PV appeals after month end cut off
- Educate Members on new products
- Record every Member interaction accurately on the INUKA online system
- Share Member insights and ideas to improve processes, products, and after sales experience
- Take part in training to keep product, system, and industry knowledge current
