Success Guide

This role sits at management level, so your application should show more than a list of duties. Highlight specific examples of SHEQ systems you have maintained, audits you have passed, and teams you have led. Mention your exposure to ISO and FSSC standards directly, as these are central to the job. Because the plant runs in Atlantis, think about your transport arrangements before applying, and be ready to talk about how you have handled a safety incident or a failed audit in the past. The company values bilingual communication, so if you speak Afrikaans and English, make that clear on your CV. A practical, steady approach will go a long way in interviews for this kind of manufacturing environment.
