Success Guide

Hi there! This is a fantastic entry level opportunity at one of South Africa's most loved retailers, Pick n Pay. If you live in Alexandra or Sandton and have your Grade 12, this could be your foot in the door.

When you apply, make sure your CV clearly shows any retail or packing experience you have, even if it was informal. If you do not have experience, highlight your reliability, ability to work in a team and your willingness to work shifts and weekends. That counts for a lot.

In an interview for a shelf packer role, expect questions about how you handle busy times, how you stay organised and how you would help a customer. Be ready to talk about staying physically fit and working as part of a team. Show them you are dependable and eager to learn. Good luck!
