About the role
As a Shared Beauty Advisor for L'Oreal at Foschini Eastgate, you will be the face of L'Oreal in store. You will engage with customers, share your knowledge of beauty products, and help them find the right items for their needs. This role is about creating a great shopping experience while achieving sales targets.
You will work closely with the store team to keep the L'Oreal display looking its best and stay up to date with new product launches and promotions. Your passion for beauty will shine through in every customer interaction.

Requirements
- A passion for beauty and cosmetics
- Previous retail or sales experience would be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on L'Oreal products and help them make informed purchases
- Achieve personal and store sales targets
