Foschini Eastgate is looking for a friendly and confident Beauty Advisor to represent COTY fragrances on the shop floor. If you enjoy helping customers find a scent they love and have a natural flair for retail beauty, this 40 hour full time role could be a great fit. You will work within a well known fashion and lifestyle group and get to grow your sales and customer service skills in a busy mall environment.
About the role
As a Shared Beauty Advisor for COTY Fragrance at Foschini Eastgate, you will be the face of some of the world's best known fragrance brands. You will help customers discover scents that suit their personality, guide them through the range, and make sure every shopper leaves feeling looked after.
Your day to day will include:
- Approaching customers and starting friendly fragrance conversations
- Demonstrating and sampling COTY fragrances
- Advising on scent families, notes and gift options
- Reaching daily and monthly sales targets
- Keeping the fragrance counter neat, stocked and inviting
- Working closely with the store team to deliver great service

Requirements
- Matric or equivalent
- Previous retail or sales experience, ideally in beauty or fragrance
- Confident, friendly and approachable communication style
- Ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
- Strong customer service focus and a positive attitude
- Basic sales target awareness and willingness to learn product knowledge
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers at the COTY fragrance counter
- Spray, sample and explain fragrances to shoppers
- Recommend products based on customer preferences and budget
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance
- Ensure displays are clean, tidy and well stocked
- Handle customer questions and complaints with care
- Support the broader Foschini store team when needed
- Stay up to date with COTY fragrance ranges and promotions
