Success Guide
Getting into Nedbank as a Service Consultant is a solid move if you want to build a career in banking. The role is very hands on, so when you apply, highlight any experience you have with cash handling, helping customers face to face, or using banking apps. In your interview, be ready to explain how you would help a frustrated client who cannot log into their banking app, or how you would spot a fake note. Show that you are patient and good with people. Also mention any forex or ATM experience, even if it was small. Remember to apply on Nedbank's own careers site, not through a third party. Good luck, this could be your foot in the door.
