Success Guide
This is a great entry level opportunity with one of South Africa's biggest banks. Since it's only 80 hours, it could be perfect if you are looking for part time work while studying or gaining experience. When you apply, make sure your CV highlights any cash handling or customer service experience you have, even if it was in retail or a volunteer role. Nedbank loves people who are comfortable with technology and can explain things simply.
In an interview, they might ask you how you would help a client who is struggling with the app or what you would do if you noticed a cash shortage. Be ready to show that you are honest, friendly, and pay attention to detail. It also helps to know a bit about Nedbank's digital banking features like the app and online banking. Good luck!
