Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally at a senior level
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
- Attention to detail and a professional approach to candidate care
