Success Guide
This is a senior role at the South African Reserve Bank, so your application should clearly show depth in risk management, especially within banking or financial services. Highlight your experience with risk frameworks, IT general controls and any relevant certifications like CRM, FRMP or CISA. The SARB values quality assurance and continuous improvement, so mention times you reviewed or improved risk processes. In an interview, expect questions on how you identify emerging risks and work with stakeholders. Also be ready to discuss operational resilience, since that is a key focus area here. Make sure your CV speaks to the 8 to 10 years of relevant experience they ask for, and tailor it to the SABN environment. Good luck!
