Success Guide
This is a senior role at one of South Africa's biggest banks, so your CV and cover letter should tell a clear story about the projects you have delivered, especially in payments or merchant acquiring. Bring out your PowerCARD experience early, as the listing marks it as a must have. Before you apply, revisit your PRINCE 2 or CAPM certificate and have your diploma or degree documents ready to upload. In interviews at FNB, expect questions about how you managed budgets, handled change and kept stakeholders aligned. Have one or two examples ready where your reporting or presentation changed a decision. Apply on the FNB careers portal well before 15 November 2026, since late applications will not be accepted.
