A global education group is looking for a seasoned Senior Paid Social Specialist to own LinkedIn as a key performance marketing channel. You will shape paid media strategy for corporate education and B2B audiences across multiple brands. About the role
Our client, a global education group focused on developing conscious leaders, is seeking an experienced Senior Paid Social Specialist to take charge of LinkedIn as a performance marketing channel. You will work across a diverse portfolio of business units, with particular focus on Corporate Education, executive programmes and B2B audiences.
This is a permanent, full time position based in Johannesburg Northern Suburbs. You will have the opportunity to shape LinkedIn paid media strategy, influence how the group engages with professional audiences, and drive commercial outcomes through sophisticated targeting, campaign innovation and performance optimisation.

Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in paid social, with at least 3 years focused heavily on LinkedIn
- B2B marketing experience
- Working knowledge of Meta advertising
- Strong analytics skills
- LinkedIn Marketing Labs certifications are an advantage
- Agency experience and comfort wearing multiple hats are essential
- Experience in higher education or ed-tech is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Own LinkedIn strategy and campaign management from end to end
- Build audience targeting by job title, industry and matched audiences, including account-based campaigns
- Run lead generation forms integrated with the CRM
- Write creative briefs and manage creative testing
- Manage budget pacing to ensure efficient spend
- Report on performance and share insights with account owners
- Provide secondary cover on Meta campaigns when needed
