Overview
Network IT is looking for a Senior Mobile Developer with strong React Native skills to join a team in Johannesburg East. You will build and maintain high quality mobile apps for iOS, Android, and Huawei, working with React Native, TypeScript, and .NET back ends. This is a permanent full time role for someone with at least 5 years of mobile development experience who is ready to take on challenging, impactful work.
About the role
As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining mobile applications using React Native, as well as web portals using React.js with TypeScript. You will integrate mobile apps with API services and build back end services using the .NET Framework. You will also enhance existing systems to ensure they remain scalable and perform well, conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and implement robust solutions. Part of your role will involve creating technical documentation and writing unit and integration tests to maintain code quality. You will manage app store deployments across iOS, Android, and Huawei platforms, making sure releases go smoothly.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile app development within a team environment
- Strong knowledge of React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, and best practices
- Experience with Microsoft .NET, C#, .NET, SQL Server, and relational databases
- Proven track record in publishing apps to major app stores and managing developer accounts
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control (Git)
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and object oriented principles
