Success Guide
As a Senior Management Accountant at the NHFC, you will be joining a corporation that funds housing development across South Africa. This is a senior role, so your application should highlight your professional designation (CA(SA), ACCA, CGMA or ACMA) and your hands on experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling in financial services or property. Be ready to discuss real examples of how you have analysed variances, challenged assumptions and improved financial performance.
In the interview, expect technical questions on financial modelling and scenario analysis, as well as questions about how you communicate financial insights to non finance managers. Show that you understand the regulatory environment for development finance institutions. Demonstrated integrity and strong stakeholder management skills will set you apart. Make sure your CV clearly shows your years of experience and the industries you have worked in.
