Success Guide

If you are applying for this role, your CV needs to show your litigation experience clearly, so list the types of matters you have handled and the courts you have worked in. Because the employer is strict about 5 to 6 years of experience and full bilingualism, make those two points easy to spot near the top of your CV and in your cover letter.

In an interview for a litigation secretary role, expect questions about how you manage court deadlines, how you prepare trial bundles, and how you communicate with counsel and sheriffs. Be ready to give practical examples. Also remember to attach your CV and any relevant certificates when you apply online.
