Our client, a top South African technology consultancy, is looking for a Senior JavaScript Software Engineer to join their team of innovators. You will work on cutting edge web and mobile applications across various industries and collaborate with highly skilled professionals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of software development experience
- Strong JavaScript development expertise, including ES6+
- Experience building enterprise level applications
- Knowledge of software architecture and design principles
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Passion for learning and staying current with emerging technologies
- Technical skills: Frontend JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js), Backend Node.js, RESTful APIs
- Tools and technologies: Next.js, Express.js, NPM, Webpack, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Cloud platforms
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high quality web and mobile applications
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation and deployment
- Develop scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions
- Contribute to technical innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
