Success Guide
This is a senior technical role at one of South Africa's biggest banks, so your application should show depth rather than breadth. Highlight specific Front Arena projects you have worked on, the scripting languages you have used, and times you solved complex production issues. Mention any cloud migration or upgrade work you have supported. Absa's process will likely include technical interviews where you may be asked to walk through your approach to a real Front Arena problem, so be ready to explain your thinking clearly. Also show that you can mentor others and work with business stakeholders, because this role combines hands on coding with technical leadership. Make sure your CV is up to date and your degree certificate is ready to upload.
