About the role
Sasso Consulting is looking for experienced Database Architects to join their team in Centurion, Gauteng. You will play a key role in designing, optimising and managing enterprise database architectures within complex IT environments.

Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Minimum 7 years of enterprise database experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Database Architect experience
- Proven enterprise database architecture and design experience is essential
- Advanced SQL, database schema design and data modelling expertise
- Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL or IBM Db2
- Strong knowledge of database performance tuning, replication and disaster recovery
- Experience with Azure, AWS or other cloud database platforms
- Understanding of database security, integration and migration
- Relevant database, cloud or architecture certifications advantageous
