Success Guide
With 8 to 10 years of conveyancing experience behind you, this role lets you step into a firm where your knowledge of bond registrations and cancellations is genuinely valued. When you apply, make sure your CV spells out the specific bond transactions you have handled, the banks you have worked with, and your comfort with Lexis Convey, e4 and RE4. A short cover note that mentions your experience with FICA compliance and document management systems will help you stand out.
In an interview, expect questions about how you manage deadlines when several bond files are moving at once, and how you deal with banks and clients when a transaction hits a snag. Have one or two examples ready that show your attention to detail.
