- BSc in Computer Science, a Finance related degree or equivalent qualification
- 10+ years of experience in Business or Systems Analysis
- Proven Oracle EBS R12 implementation and support experience
- Strong financial background with understanding of company financial results and reporting
- Experience in system design and application configuration
- Knowledge of Oracle modules and associated business processes
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical or FMCG business environment and processes
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Responsibilities
- Analyse business information requirements and translate them into effective system and functional specs
- Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify shortcomings and improvement opportunities
- Assess potential application solutions for suitability, functionality and compatibility
- Design, configure and implement application solutions including internally developed systems and software packages
- Lead and manage application projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with specifications and timelines
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, business process specs and procedures
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and other stakeholders to align technology with operational needs
- Support the implementation and rollout of new systems with operational teams
- Engage with senior finance stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and support effective system solutions
