Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Minimum 8 years experience as a Business Analyst in wholesale or retail
- At least 5 years direct Business Analysis experience
- Strong knowledge of BABOK, ALM, SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall frameworks
- In-depth understanding of retail systems and application stacks
- Proven ability to design, optimise, and govern business processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capability
Responsibilities
- Analyse, document, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions
- Partner with architects and project managers to ensure accurate design and delivery
