About the role
As a Senior AI Lead at Network IT, you will take charge of shaping and delivering AI solutions at enterprise scale. You will drive the strategic direction, design, and successful delivery of AI initiatives across multiple projects and business functions. Leading a team of AI engineers and data scientists, you will promote innovation and technical excellence while building sophisticated machine learning systems and deploying robust production ready models.
You will design and implement scalable, high performance AI solutions using modern machine learning frameworks and cloud technologies. Overseeing governance, security, compliance, and operational performance, you will ensure reliable and responsible AI deployments that integrate seamlessly across cloud and enterprise environments.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years experience in AI and Machine Learning engineering, including demonstrated leadership of technical teams
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands on experience with leading cloud AI platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Proven success in developing, deploying, and managing AI solutions within production environments
- Advantageous: Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Generative AI technologies, and enterprise data integration architectures
